南中荣获2008年新传媒《华文智多星》比赛冠军

经过三个多月的比赛，南中在新传媒的《华文智多星》比赛中荣获冠军。这个比赛的内容广泛，包括：汉字、熟语、谜语、翻译、典故、名句等，参赛者须在中华语言、文学、文化各方面都展现坚强的实力。参赛的队伍极踊跃，共有64所中学参赛。

这是一个引人注目的比赛，由中华语言文化基金与新传媒联合呈献，冠军的总奖金高达一万一千元星币。教育部高级政务部长傅海燕受邀担任颁奖嘉宾。
